This app has been a game changer for our store. It is very easy to configure and support is top-notch. Anytime we've had a question we get an answer right away. We are using this app on two store-fronts and we couldn't be happier with the results. Update: Dave continues to go above and beyond to help us whenever we need it! We could not run either of our stores without Boxify.

I use this app to store box dimensions and to aid in label creation automation. No other app support is as good as that provided by the Boxify support team, period.

Boxify really helped us to tighten down on the accuracy of shipping quotes to our customers. Plenty of features and options, and Dave is very quick to respond to any inquiries...even answered my email early on a Saturday morning!

I used this app to configure shipping rates for a store that has items of various box sizes, and it works perfectly just as advertised. Dave at Boxify was and still is instrumental in guiding me through the process, and is always there for me whenever I need help. Great App, Great Staff.

Not only to they respond quickly but make sure you understand the answers they provide and not just provide an answer and stop assisting. We straight up would not be in business if it werent for this app, it was a game changer. We sell salvaged auto parts, so our product dimensions vary greatly from dash knobs to bumpers. Every single product has unique shipping sizes, and further some things can be shipped together, while other products need to ship on their own (such as window glass). Boxify made these shipping rules a breeze, the app seems idiot proof. We went from only being able to use shopify for our promotional shirts and stickers...to doing 100 orders in our first 2 months of using boxify. We had one "error" in the very beginning (it turned out we had checked the wrong box on our shipping rules), and when i contacted boxify, Dave answered the phone and walked me right thru the steps to correct the error. This made for almost zero downtime, and we havnt had a problem since! Boxify rules, Dave rules, and you're blowing it if you dont already have this app integrated.

Listen up, Shopify management team! You NEED to buy this software from Dave Boomerang and implement it into your "Shipping" software if you want to maintain your status as King of the ecommerce platforms. Your current rudimentary system of choosing a "default" box for stores like ours that sell 75 different items is ridiculous. Even Ecwid had a better system than that and that's where we moved from. Boxify is amazing in the way it calculates and even shows how to load boxes. Is it perfect? No. I mean how does one input the dimensions of a traffic cone? There's still space around the cone where small items can be tucked so even that can't be calculated by Boxify. But that's rare anyway. Our shipping rates have become a LOT more agreeable to customers and realistic to us. We used to lose customers due to the incorrect shipping costs since we had to base everything off of weight which just doesn't work. The few times that we've needed to contact Dave for help have been pleasant and our questions/concerns were answered VERY quickly; in fact, I wish customer service of larger, bigger pocketed companies could be this fast and competent. Shopify, pay the man! For what it would do for your company (and for your "cherished" customers), an 8-figure amount would be a no-brainer and a steal.

Boxify solved our dimensional weight issue. But what I'm really impressed by is their customer support. We had a lot of difficulty setting things up because of external shipping issues and Dave at Boxify was amazing in helping get our account set up 100% error free!

Boxify is amazing! Sometimes customers order several different items at once and Boxify's box packing feature tells us which shipping box to use - this information is usable by our shipping software for filters or automation rules. This has saved us so much time on our fulfillment. Additionally, Boxify allows us to generate different shipping rates to provide our customers more options - this has been especially helpful for the Holidays. Dave is very responsive and always available to answer questions or look into something. I would definitely recommend this app!

I cannot express how grateful I am for Boxify and Dave with all of his help. Its refreshing to have the level of customer service. By far my best experience with any app or IT issues. Dave stands by his product and does a wonderful job explaining how it works. He spent time on the phone walking me through every step. Other companies should look to Boxify on how to do business.

This app is great. We have 7 box sizes, with customer who need international and expedited shipping. This app has been perfect for getting our customers accurate shipping quotes, eliminating hassle and shipping cost complaints. We had some configuration questions and Dave from support provided very thorough answers very quickly (within 2 hours).

Really helped dial in our shipping rates to save $ and offer customers accurate rate quotes. Customer service is top notch as well. Dave @ Boxify took the time to explain how the apps so we could ensure we setup correctly, etc. Works insane if you have a lot of products that trigger shipper's dimensional weight vs. actual weight.

Update: Dave also knows this product inside and out which allows him to respond quickly with a solution. We have now been with Boxify for about 6 months he continues to amaze me! We have now added it to our other store. Dave is an EXCELLENT communicator, patient, and quick to answer. The app is fantastic also. Thank you.

Boxify is helping my fine art business capture shipping costs that I wouldn't have been able to accurately charge any other way. The software has a lot of flexibility for mixing product in one box. It works with many non-standard product sizes and lets me adjust for our handling, insurance and box costs. Best of all, Dave at Boxify is soooo helpful and patient in answering questions, reviewing various scenarios and making recommendations and giving clear instructions, all in a timely manner. It does take work and planning to implement this software and I am still learning after 2 years.

This is one of the most useful apps for Shopify. I had one store for six years and now started another and have tried and used quite a few apps. Boxify gives me the best of both worlds. Helps with creating the right size boxing with lots of options and lets me keep using the deeply discounted Shopify shipping rates. Dave has been very helpful with detailed suggestions when I came across an issue. He instructed me how to easily fix the problem. Highly recommend it.
