We added Boxify to our site last month and it solved our pricing issues with FedEx perfectly. Boxify support was extremely helpful on getting us setup and understanding how to get our pricing to come out the same as on our FedEx site. Huge help for our company. We ship bulky items and have always had issues with losing money on precalculated online shipping rates for our customers' orders. With the Boxify team's help available seemingly whenever we need it, we have dialed in our shipping for accurate rates that don't over charge our customers or undercharge. It's a great app with a great team behind it. Dave @ Boxify is awesome. High recommended.

This is by far the best app for your e-commerce store. If you only have one app this should be it. This app perfectly calculates shipping costs to the penny in your shopping cart even when there are 5 or 6 different size items. It even has the ability to calculate for USPS Flat Rate Boxes. We have 3 different Shopify stores and offer free standard shipping at $49. but we try to encourage customers to upgrade to priority or express mail and pay exactly what it costs us to ship saving us thousands of dollars. We have well over 10,000 shipping calculations a month which is one of the highest plans but the savings, in the long run, is incredible. What you also get is round the clock support from Dave and his crew who couldn't be happier to help. We have now been using the app for over a year and get about 350 orders a day and never have the estimated shipping costs been off by more than a few dollars even on express orders across the country. If you have a lot of SKU numbers like we do (5000) it will take a while to set up, but its well worth it.

Boxify is awesome, and perhaps even better, is the masterful knowledge and ability to quickly and successfully troubleshoot problems when you reach their technical support. In a world of plugins, apps, APIs, and multiple parties (e.g. Shopfiy, ShipRush, Boxify) all interwoven in the function of shipping and our eCommerce user experience - it is INVALUABLE to be able to get help and keep the customer experience optimized, display accurate rates, and understand how it all fits together. I use Boxify with my company as a plugin (app) to Shopify. I had a question as to why one of the services (Fedex Ground) in this case was not appearing to customers on our website, and while this question had stumped Shopfiy on several calls, Dave from Boxify instantly knew the issue. It took him about 10 seconds to ask the right question, and enable me to fix the problem (by un-hiding the "Company" form field in the Shopify checkout). Further, I now understand the issue, which is that Fedex only offers Ground service for companies. So, I then enabled the Fedex Ground Home Delivery option, which then solved my problem as well for residential addresses. 5 Gold Stars for Dave and Boxify! Whether this matters to you or not, or whether this was my own user error or not, it had stumped many others, but not Boxify. My takeaway is that Boxify is a great service not only for the functionality they provide, but even more so from their expertise and ability thru customer support to help you use their service properly and get the most out of it.

Took me a bit to figure it out but thanks to Dave I now have it! Dave spent the entire day going back and forth with me making sure he answered all of my questions and showing me all the proper settings and my misconceptions. The biggest thing you need to know is that Boxify doesn't take over all of you shipping needs it just gives the proper prices for customers in the cart. Its a shame that Shopify cant do this since all other shopping carts can figure this out. You still have to add all of your boxes in to the Shopify section so you can actually ship the order with the proper box. Once you do this you should be good to go. Boxify also tells you how to best package your orders too. Update! Dave has been awesome! Had a couple issues and he was able to quickly find the root cause, it was all on my side with missing values for a couple products. Love this app! I have tried all the rest and nothing beats Boxify for our needs.

It took me less than 15 minutes to get Boxify up and running. We ship primarily one product, but have some seasonal items as well -- meaning we have multiple box sizes, and both boxes have their own weights, which is where we ran into trouble with Shopify's default settings. We also wanted to use our negotiated rates and were very disappointed that on the Advanced plan we couldn't set multiple box sizes! But Boxify solves all of that -- and you can be on the Lite plan to get negotiated rates, which is a nice surprise. This app is perfect if you need multiple box sizes and/or negotiated rates. Couldn't recommend it more, top-notch support too!

Boxify is exactly what I needed to ship various size/weight boxes from my Shopify store. Dave responded very quickly to my email request and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the steps of getting my shipping profiles set up. This app is a must-have for any business with varying product size. We ship rare GTR auto parts around the world, ranging in size from screws to bumpers. Although getting the data (measuring dimensions and weighing items) is quite involved, it's the only way to figure out complex shipping calculations. I have to join the fan club here. This is amazing and Dave provides awesome support. I have spent a fortune trying to get a web site with a shopping cart that doesn't gouge my customers who purchase only one item or force me to eat shipping charges for folks who buy multiple items. This is a simple install and works beautifully. Words simply will not express my satisfaction with this app! Great product and great service... WELL WORTH the cost for even a "mom and pop" home-based business like ours. Thank you, Dave!

Dave is incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions you may have. The dimensional weight calculations are very accurate if you spend a little time properly setting it up. Now that we use it, I could not imagine running our shipping calculations any other way. Dave and team always respond within a business day, which is a nice change from many developers. We can't say enough about this app! It's designed brilliantly and delivers real-time shipping rates from FedX, UPS and USPS for every product variant in our store, based on the size and weight of each product. Our framed art sizes vary greatly and within Shopify, there was no way to set a box size for each of our images, let alone each image's size variants. However, upon installing and opening the app, each variant had a size input field. Also, we were able to add sizes for every product automatically by using the downloadable spreadsheet of products which Boxify creates. After adding the sizes to over 250 products on the spreadsheet, Dave at Boxify ensured the uploaded spreadsheet worked perfectly. Tech support is second to none - they've gotten back to us within a few hours via email, with every question we've had. You don't need to pay Shopify for real time rates, you get them included with Boxify in the cost of your subscription. UPDATE (one month later): Just another shout out to Dave for knowing FedX's services better than FedX reps, who needed to go back on what they told me after some further research confirmed Dave was correct. He knows this business, you won't go wrong.
