We have been using Brightpearl for just over a year and it's been a huge help reducing some extremely manual workflows, especially around pre-orders, using its automation rules alongside some apps provided by one of their developers. We have a complex inventory pattern which Brightpearl manages without difficulty. A lot of other companies could learn from the second-to-none post-launch support which is quick, helpful and responsive.

We have been working with Brightpearl since 2023 when we launched our UK website selling high-end furniture, lighting and home decor. The partnership has been excellent and the software is a key enabler for the growth of our business. It is not the perfect solution, but I have never seen a SAS system that works exactly as you would want it to across all facets of a business. However, we are a complex business with multiple inventory locations, multiple markets, multiple customer types etc, and the Brightpearl team have been amazing at helping us to adapt their solution to our needs. It has been one of the most collaborative tech partnerships that I have enjoyed in my career, I would highly recommend them.

We signed on with Brightpearl over 3 years ago before they were acquired by Sage. We've been overall very happy with Brightpearl. We have multiple brands, two warehouse locations, and various sales channels where we sell our products, which results in complex order workflows at times. Brightpearl's automation rules have been a huge help to us in letting us configure how orders flow through the system. Brightpearl has allowed us to better manage our inventory and centralize reporting for all of our sales channels. I do think there could be some improvement made to the integration with Shopify but it's not a deal breaker for us. For example, your products have to be built separately in each system instead of having the ability to build a product in one system and have it transfer over to the other. There also isn't a good workflow for making order edits in Shopify and having that transfer over to Brightpearl. The product improvements seem to have slowed down since Sage's acquisition but we are hopeful to see more improvements coming soon!

We have been working with Brightpearl since 2022 for our backend systems and accounting integration . The integration with Shopify works very well and allows us to seamlessly track our orders as well as managing stock for multiple sites.

We have been working with Brightpearl for a number of years now for our backend systems. When we migrated our company website to Shopify in 2021 we used this integration created by the Brightpearl team and I'm please to say: it just works. We have never had any problem with the app and all our orders and refunds flow between the two systems seamlessly.
