This is a great integration for a great ERP system capable of handling many moving parts and being the backbone of our Tech stack and automated processing. Operationg B2B and B2C channels along with some integrations with marketplaces. Highly recoment brightpearl for a growing business. The whole team are very helpful.

As a small company entering the scale up phase, we realised in 2024 that we need to move away from excel based order/inventory management to a ERP solution that could grow with the company. Although cost was an important factor for us, the approach towards explaining how Brighpearl could be a good fin for us, not only short, but long term, made it easy for us to conclude. With multiple warehouses, channels operating globally we are very happy with the excellent support from the Brightpearl team, especially Sam and Mike, with a super responsive and solution oriented support team.

We are coming up on our one year with Bright Pearl, and it has become an integral tool in our ability to grow and develop the business. Our tech stack (Shopify, ShipHero, Bright Pearl, and QuickBooks) required multiple connectors and integrations to work together, which is no small undertaking. We worked with Carmen Vasquez throughout our Bright Pearl implementation, and her availability and support made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable. She was present when we needed her, issues were resolved quickly, and the training was practical and genuinely useful. The post-implementation support has been just as solid. There are always workflows you don't know you need until you're actually live, and as I bring them up they are addressed in a reasonable timeframe with no chasing required. If you're considering Bright Pearl, especially with a complex integration, the team is knowledgeable and responsive.

Brightpearl has been an integral part of our tech stack for years now and we wouldn't have had the growth we have seen in the last few years without them. Implementation was a breeze and the team have been extremely supportive and reactive to our needs. The automation engine has been a huge help with some of our more complex/specific requirements and having the vast array of triggers in combination with Shopify flow has enabled us to be reactive and process orders quicker without the need for complex order routing rules. We had very complex set of requirements from a new epos/rms/wms and Brightpearl ticked the boxes where others fell short. Sales/Tech support/onboarding teams were very thorough in ensuring we could achieve everything we needed before we committed to an agreement. They came good on their promises, obviously there are always some teething issues with such a big change, however, their technical support has been 1st class. The system has revolutionised how we manage our stock, hugely streamlining how we pick, pack and ship orders.

Brightpearl has been an asset for managing the growth and development of our business for a number years now. We have various complex workstreams, multiple locations, sales channels and product types that brightpearl manages with ease and simplicity. The reporting capabilities are excellent and are a real asset to platform too. Lastly, their customer service and dev teams are always quick to respond and provide solutions when it comes to any issues or new projects.

We have a complex inventory that also incorporates own manufacture that Brightpearl helps us manage without breaking a sweat. We have been working with Brightpearl since 2023 when we launched our UK website selling high-end furniture, lighting and home decor. The partnership has been excellent and the software is a key enabler for the growth of our business. It is not the perfect solution, but I have never seen a SAS system that works exactly as you would want it to across all facets of a business. However, we are a complex business with multiple inventory locations, multiple markets, multiple customer types etc, and the Brightpearl team have been amazing at helping us to adapt their solution to our needs. It has been one of the most collaborative tech partnerships that I have enjoyed in my career, I would highly recommend them.

We have been working with Brightpearl for a number of years now for our backend systems. When we migrated our company website to Shopify in 2021 we used this integration created by the Brightpearl team and I'm please to say: it just works. We have never had any problem with the app and all our orders and refunds flow between the two systems seamlessly.

We couldn't imagine doing a project of this scale without the BP expertise and experience. Bianca gave that extra mile and took the time to really understand our business and the best way to implement BP to ensure we got the most out of it. Since going live, our team have taken all aspects of BP on board and our operations, customer service and warehouse are all seeing benefits beyond what we had hoped for in ease of use, order turn around, time saving, customer experience and accuracy. Our next phase is Demand Planner and the extended Warehouse Management System which we are all looking forward to introducing into our warehouse environment!
