App seems perfect, exactly what I needed to convey important information to my customers..it's fully customisable, and really easy to use. So I can make my banners as unobtrusive as possible so as not to clash with my theme. I was worried it would look cheap, but it looks really professional, I was even able to add my own custom font to the banners. Which is going to be super useful going forwards.

The functionality you're offering is well-aligned with the needs of D2C e-commerce brands. However, there's room for improvement in the UI for banner customization. When I first installed the tool, the starting point wasn't very intuitive and felt a bit confusing. It would be helpful to include 'how-to' guides or tooltips, along with tutorial videos on banner creation and customization, to make the onboarding process smoother.
