Honestly, BuckyDrop saved our business. We don’t use it as our supplier, but we use it to sync stock with 1688, and it works amazingly. Their team is very responsive, and if there’s any problem, they are happy to resolve it and truly value their clients. We recommend BuckyDrop to everyone, if we had known about them earlier, we would have used them as our supplier.

While we sync order details in real-time, the management of Shopify store settings, including shipping rules, remains your responsibility. To help resolve this issue quickly, please follow these steps: 1. Navigate to Shopify Admin > Settings > Shipping and delivery. 2. Configure your shipping zones and rates based on your specific regions. 3. Consider enabling "Free shipping" thresholds, as some of our merchants have found this to be an effective solution.
