Buddha Mega Menu is a good choice for enhancing your website's navigation. The standout feature is the ability to add products directly to the cart from the menu, streamlining the shopping experience. Their prompt customer support is commendable.

Overall easy to implement. I have one request, the parent menu items appear very small on the website. While you can adjust the drop downs, that is not possible with the parent items.
Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, our app takes automatically the design of your original main menu header in order to keep a unitary design with your store. So this cannot be changed from our side. If you want to change the design of your header menu you should do this from your Theme settings for your original main menu header and then the change will apply to our menu as well. Die App ist super einfach zu integrieren und die Konfiguration ebenfalls. Was meiner Meinung nach noch fehlt, ist eine Auswertung, wie oft ein Produkt aus dem Menü im Warenkorb landet. Aber trotzdem klare Weiterempfehlung für jemanden der eine solches Menü in seiner Seite integrieren möchte!

This app has been very helpful, even using the free version for now. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five was that it would be helpful for the free version to have just a little more flexibility on the column widths. But all in all, a GREAT app!

As you noticed you can modify the width and the number of columns for the submenus, but if you can let us know what else you'd like to see in the design section, I will forward it to our development team to implement it in the future. Great customer service that reply fast and professionally. The app was not super easy to understand at the beginning, but once understood we managed to create a beautiful and modern menu for our shop. The customer service helped us disable the menu for mobile, so that we only created a complex menu with photos and best seller products for desktop ( the photos were taking too much space for mobile and slowing the shop a bit).

The idea behind the hover versus the click on this app needs some work as it is inconsistent in the way it works. With the hover, it works accurately only 50% of the time, which can be frustrating for me and for my customers. Otherwise, I do like the "tree" menu as it has a cleaner look than single menus.

The app works fine, no issues. I wish they had live customer service and be more responsive. The app doesn't have the ability for multiple menus so it doesn't meet my needs, unfortunately.

We've been using this app for some time with no problem, recently we've learnt that the app currently does not support the internet browser Safari due to Apple changing some specifications. I know this is something they are currently looking into, and when I enquired about the issue, they were super efficient with their reply, and detailed information which helped. This is definitely a 5 star app once the Safari issue has resolved. It does work on all other browsers.

It's okay. Does what it says it'll do, but the interface is clunky and awkward, and it's missing a lot of the functions that some of its competitors have. A solid entry in the category for sure, but not the best anymore.

So far, this app has been immensely useful. One drawback in free use version is if you do, both footer and main menu are affected. Wish there was an option to create menus based on location needed. however, it works well, and reccommend it to anyone looking to simplify, their navigation
Hi, Thank you so much for your appreciation! As for the menu replacing both the footer and the main menu, as my colleague advised, this happened because you created in your Shopify Store Admin - Navigation section the same menu items for both main menu and footer menu. Our apps code identifies both of your original menus as the main menu of your store and hence the replacement of both of them. This is easily fixable. All you need to do is to go into your Shopify Store Admin - Navigation section and add 2 more main menu items. Or if you want we can make this change for you, just let us know at [email protected] and we will proceed from there. I really hope you understand that this is not an actual issue with the app and you might reconsider the 4 stars. Even if it doesn't seem like much it does affect our apps visibility. I have 4 shopify sites I run and I use mega menu on two of them. the app is easy to use and seems pretty versatile. My only complaint is that if you have the app open on more than one site on the same web browser, the two accounts will clone. Very frustrating!
Thank you so much for the positive feedback! We do work a lot to improve daily our apps functionality. Unfortunately, the problem with the opening of the app on multiple stores at the same time in the same browser does not depend on us. The browsers do not allow us to do this. Until the browser functions change, our hands are tight. But we are always keep an eye on the browsers development and as soon as the technology will allow us we will make the change. I didn't get to actually use this app as I decided to use another solution, however I would like to acknowledge that their custom support was very helpful and made sure I received the help needed.
