The menu options provided my Mega Menu have greatly improved the user experience on my website, and the app is very easy to use.

I’ve been using Shopify for 2 years and struggled finding an app to add additional levels of drop-down menus to my store. I’m a photographer, not a coder and I was at the end of my patience watching way too many YouTube videos demonstrating the process to add by changing code!! I was about to give up and hire a developer when I found Mega Menu – Watching the Tutorial videos I thought it was too easy and why had I struggled so long. After downloading the app it was that easy! The Tree menu is exactly what I’ve been searching for. I spent a weekend adding the new collections and after testing it is exactly what I’d been searching for. I’m excited to send a newsletter to my client base calling out the individual customized product pages that I was able to create with Mega Menu. I’m sure that with the response I get I’ll be upgrading shortly Anyone who wants to focus on their core business, but needs to have a more tailored menu for their client base will find Mega Menu easy to add and use. Highly Recommended

It was disappointing to find that the Jumpstart theme did not support multiple tier menus. At Shopify's suggestion, I tried the Mega Menu App. The Mega Menu App worked exactly as I had hoped. Adding and subtracting menu items has been completely straight forward. I worried that having an App between me and Shopify would create downstream issues. That has not happened.

Love mega menu and the support team is great. I just upgraded to get more menu options. I love how professional it looks.

Needed a way for a simple drop-down menu option and this worked perfectly. I like how there's a free option, as we don't need anything complicated yet. But hopefully as we grow and need more functionality, we'll be able to upgrade our plan and add all of the other cool options available for the menus.

Support is very poor, I struggled 1 month , menus still do not appear in mobile devices. Never become their customer. They will promise you 50 % discount , then send you bill of 200 %. There is no business ethics. Only they do fraud. We struggled 37 days , they could not reflect menu in mobile. Non-professional guys , They will send you false claim that all menus are working but they actually never worked. I suffered almost 40 days and all people must leave this vendor asap to opt better services anywhere else. There are far better menu service providers in shopify but never use these bad jokers, who make own customer as fools. They think by exploiting 19.95 USD they can become big service provider. There is no zero cost , they will bill you full amount terminating all their promises of discount , a complete deceiver company. Budda Mega Menu - A Very bad service provider , never become their customer , else you are landing into great trouble.

I'm currently only using the free version, but as the business grows I will be upgrading without hesitation! Incredibly simple installation, with lots of features. Thanks very much!

We have been using Shopify for 2 1/2 years, and one of the few issues we had with our template was the lack of well-nested menus. Someone at Shopify suggested we try this app, and it was beyond easy to setup and use. The app admin even offered to help us if we needed any assistance. This is exactly what we needed. On top of that, we're using the free version. As our site grows, I can see the probability that we will start using the paid version in order to have the extra menu options. In the meantime, I'm thoroughly enjoying the use of the free version. In short, this app is brilliant.

I had issue with the arrow on the right side of the menu. I think it was my computer's cache problem. It was disappeared by itself after couple refreshing for the web page. After i contacted the customer service they responded very fast! Great customer service!! Maga menu is a very great tool. It allows you to create more possibilities of the menu styles. It saves my time.
