This is completely unacceptable. We purchased your plugin and reached out to support multiple times, yet no one is responding. For a paid service, this level of support is extremely disappointing. On top of that, the app itself is clunky, confusing, and not user-friendly at all. Instead of helping our workflow, it just makes things harder. We expect a response and proper support as soon as possible.

Excellent app that delivers exactly what it promises, with a wide range of customizable settings. You can easily back up your content and restore it if you encounter any issues with your theme, which provides great peace of mind. The customer service team was responsive and provided a clear, precise answer to our request.

A fantastic app where the developer has pretty much thought of everything! Used to resize, reduce file size of loads of images to help increse page load speed. Can do so much more.
