Support is really helpful! They got me through tough situations that would take me HOURS to do BUT with just one click of a button, the job was done in minutes. Would recommend to anyone who needs bulk editing that shopify isn't able to do natively.

One of the best apps we've ever installed on here. We manage thousands of variants so our only option is to use a bulk editing platform and Hextom has been a life saver. Super functional, pretty much covers everything you could need. Support is also excellent, I spoke with Ingrid today and its one of the best support experiences I have had for a long time. Amazing app at a fantastic price!

We have been using this app for over a year now and cannot imagine running updates without it. The app is so simple to use and is a game-changer in managing thousands of listings. Bulk product edits, customer updates, metafield changes...we've used the app for it all. Can't say enough great things about it! The support is also super helpful in figuring out how to execute certain edits. Definitely a must-have!

I love this app because it saves me so much time. These features should really be baked in to Shopify but, hey, at this price point it's no biggie to pay a monthly sub.
