Support is really helpful! They got me through tough situations that would take me HOURS to do BUT with just one click of a button, the job was done in minutes. Would recommend to anyone who needs bulk editing that shopify isn't able to do natively.

Impressive work on this app! A well thought out and built app that really does what it says it supposed to do. This solution has saved our organization tons of manual work. A really great support team as well, that answers fast and promptly!

Works very well most of the time but as time goes on scheduled tasks will just randomely not execute, showing they were supposed to run at certain times and that they didn't and no info on why, paused tasks will randomely still run or revert despite being paused, etc. Has been overall mostly good to me but if you're not watching what it does closely it will surprise you on more than a few occasions.

One of the best apps we've ever installed on here. We manage thousands of variants so our only option is to use a bulk editing platform and Hextom has been a life saver. Super functional, pretty much covers everything you could need. Support is also excellent, I spoke with Ingrid today and its one of the best support experiences I have had for a long time. Amazing app at a fantastic price!

We have been using this app for over a year now and cannot imagine running updates without it. The app is so simple to use and is a game-changer in managing thousands of listings. Bulk product edits, customer updates, metafield changes...we've used the app for it all. Can't say enough great things about it! The support is also super helpful in figuring out how to execute certain edits. Definitely a must-have!

One of the best and most time-saving apps there is. You can edit almost everything within a minute and if you have more complex tasks you can chat with a team member, they are fast and eager to help you out. Would 100% recommend!

I love this app because it saves me so much time. These features should really be baked in to Shopify but, hey, at this price point it's no biggie to pay a monthly sub.

Very easy way to update a range of prices on our website by using a simple two column spreadsheet , Col1 shows product SKU and Col 2 shows selling price
