We've been using Hextom to help manage dynamic pricing on our site, especially with the ever-changing price of gold, and it's been a complete game-changer. In addition to automatic repricing, we rely on it to quickly add or remove items from our sale section and adjust product availability across different sales channels. What used to take days of manual work now takes just minutes. It's streamlined so much of our backend process and saved us an incredible amount of time. We're genuinely so happy we found Hextom — it's an essential tool for running our business efficiently!

This is by far one of the most useful apps in the Shopify store. We would not be able to function with such a massive product catalog without this tool, not to mention it can also edit customer profiles and collections. We use it daily and never have any issues. Any questions I've ever had have been quickly resolved by their support team who responds quickly and was very skilled in finding a solution for us. We've used this tool for 6-7 years and can't say enough good things. Thanks to the Hextom team for creating this tool!

We have been using this product for years. Recently, because Shopify has *finally* increased variant limits, we encountered an issue with the increased number of variants not being supported by the app correctly. It took over a month for support to come through, and eventually this issue was fixed; however, the number of failed edits in a recent bulk edit was disappointing, and I had to use another bulk editing app to perform the same edits. This other app had no failures. Hextom Bulk Product Edit is good for smaller jobs, but for larger jobs it can be very slow (compared to some other apps in the same category), and a failure rate of approximately 3% is irritating and time-consuming to fix when one has simply bulk edited a single value across thousands of variants.

Fantastic customer service, just like the reviews say. Installing a new app means learning new systems & processes, but the support documentation was helpful and chat was available 24/7. We got the app up and running within just a few minutes.

This is a great app for all Shopify users. If you manage a large number of listings, this tool is perfect for you. The live support team is also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended
