Their customer service has been excellent for now, very attentive, quick to respond, and always happy to help. The bundle options are easy to use and very user-friendly, making it simple to set everything up. Since using them, we’ve seen great results and generated a lot of revenue. The app overall works smoothly and delivers exactly what we need. Highly recommend.

I searched for days to find a simple bundle builder, until I found one which looked clean and wasn't a complete headache to set up. The team was also extremley nice and helped me out when my site was glitching.

We are using this app for a few months now for our ''build your own gift box'' option. The full page bundle looks great, is very easy to set up and is very user friendly on the storefront. It guides customers through the steps without confusing them. Many customization options, this was the only app that offered every feature we needed. The team was very helpful and quick to respond from day one. Thank you all!

I found the support for this app to be quite below the usual Shopify standards. I spent more than an hour multiple times just to answer to a "hi" when there was people online apparently. I tried to troubleshoot an issue I detected with some bundles that never loaded (animation looped forever) that caused several different visitors to go away and all I got was "maybe it is a cache issue". So I just moved away to a different app. Features were nice, although I had to ask that they enabled a hidden template that was not listed.

Easy to use and does exactly what we needed. We were able to build customizable bundles in no time. It’s smooth, flexible, and looks great on the site. Also, support was quick and really helpful when we needed support. Definitely recommend.

We had some bumps at the beginning, and things didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped. But the team stuck with it, listened to my feedback, and in the end, delivered exactly what I needed. They even refunded me for the period when the app wasn’t working as expected — which shows integrity and great customer service. I really appreciate the way they handled everything, and I’m happy to be using the app now that it’s running as it should.
