I found the support for this app to be quite below the usual Shopify standards. I spent more than an hour multiple times just to answer to a "hi" when there was people online apparently. I tried to troubleshoot an issue I detected with some bundles that never loaded (animation looped forever) that caused several different visitors to go away and all I got was "maybe it is a cache issue". So I just moved away to a different app. Features were nice, although I had to ask that they enabled a hidden template that was not listed.

It helped me create product bundles quickly without any complicated steps. I like how clean and straightforward the interface is—it definitely made my workflow smoother and boosted our upsells

Easy to use and does exactly what we needed. We were able to build customizable bundles in no time. It’s smooth, flexible, and looks great on the site. Also, support was quick and really helpful when we needed support. Definitely recommend.

We had some bumps at the beginning, and things didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped. But the team stuck with it, listened to my feedback, and in the end, delivered exactly what I needed. They even refunded me for the period when the app wasn’t working as expected — which shows integrity and great customer service. I really appreciate the way they handled everything, and I’m happy to be using the app now that it’s running as it should.

I have been looking for an bundle builder like this, with over 100 color and styles it was difficult but extremely happy with the easy builder. Also excellent support.

Brilliant bundle builder, has allowed us to create some complex full-page bundle set ups easily while making inventory handling simple for our fulfilment team. Really helpful and responsive support too.
