I had a really great experience with Easy Bundles, especially their support. Ankit went above and beyond—he took the time to get on a call with me. That level of commitment is rare and honestly meant a lot. He helped me fully understand how the app works and how to use it properly on my store. I initially thought I was running into issues with the app, but it turned out the problem was coming from something else entirely—not Easy Bundle Builder. Once everything was clarified, the app itself worked as expected. The response was so fast for my query. Didn't expect such a quick response from the team, as when I usually ask for support, it'll take a day or two. Ajay, answered my queries well, was supportive in making my understand the tech side too; also helped me in figuring out possible work arounds.
