We recently started using Easy Bundles, and our experience with their service has been nothing short of fantastic! What sets Easy Bundles apart is their outstanding customer support and fast communication with an actual person and not a chatbot. Amit and Sid are a great help! The seamless communication has significantly contributed to our excitement about incorporating custom bundles into our offerings. Their app is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for us to create and manage customized bundles for our customers. The efficiency and reliability of their platform have exceeded our expectations.

Not only is Easy Bundles full of awesome features and easy to use, their support staff is outstanding! (Shout out to Sid who assisted me on numerous occasions.) This app also looks so much better in action than our previous bundler. A+++

The app is very user-friendly and doesn't require any technical expertise to get started. Sid and his team were incredibly helpful in making sure that the app worked and looked the way we wanted. They were quick to respond to our requests and always willing to help. Would recommend.

Great app, even better service from the team. If you ever need help or have questions they are always quick to respond and help you out. We have used them the last 3 years for our Black Friday offers with much success!

I have only just started using the app in the last 2 days and it is easy to set up and get bundles set up and running. I needed a little help with customizing and was able to book a google meeting within a day to get help which was so easy and Surya was very friendly and helpful.. Now up and running and selling bundles, I could not be happier. Thanks so much Easy Bundles.

I had already left a review when I was brand new, but I'm updating it, because I want to say that customer service has been PHENOMENAL so far. I've had a few questions over this past couple years of having the app, and they've responded very quickly, including just now with Nitin. The features are great too. In all honesty I do get a little confused on what's where & what's what in each of the bundle steps, but it's not too bad. And I know if I ever have a question, I can just reach out to chat, which is super helpful. Thank you guys! :)

The best bundle building app! I have been using Easy Bundles for years and love the options for customising the builder. I have approx 350 items and it works well without any glitches. If I have any questions custome service always respond very quickly. Love it!

An elegant solution for offering bundled products!!! And the support was on the spot via chat to help guide me. This is the cleanest solution I have seen for offering a bundled product box.

Die App ist leicht einzurichten. Wenn es ein kleines Problem oder eine Frage gibt, hilft Sid sehr schnell weiter und hat bis jetzt alles sehr schnell und immer zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelöst. Big fan so far, went with this app because the number of options we want to offer demands the ability to filter products at each step. It's worked cleanly for these first couple weeks, and Sid's been great and very responsive. Has some advanced features and analytics to grow into still, as it is a pretty young app, but otherwise no complaints at all.
