100% recommend this app. I tested a ton of bundle builders and they were all pretty ugly and clunky. This one has a nice, clean bundle building popup that doesn't clutter up the product page. Their support is also insane. Better than any other app I'm currently using.

I have been using this bundle builder app since July 2023. I have to say, the customer service has been extremely helpful and they jump to help any time you need something! It does everything we wanted it to, and was quite easy to set up. I'm happy with how it looks on our website too! My only complaint is how the order comes in visually in the order summary for the customer, and within the "orders" page. I would LOVE if each bundle was listed nicely and in order - all together with the bundle it's a part of. Our staff can have a hard time reading the order as they come in, especially when it's a large order. That creates some confusion and is my only annoyance with this app.

I'm a questions kind of person. I like them, I think they're important, and I'd rather ask a stupid question than make a stupid mistake. Because of this, I am acutely aware that I can be what's known as a.... 'trying customer'. I no doubt have waged war on many a person's patience at the Skai Lama team, but it's been with the best will - to let me understand their product and how to best customise it for my needs. Suffice to say, their support, attention and help has been unfailing, unwavering and they have absolutely given every bit of help I could need, and more. In terms of the actual product, it's actually incredibly powerful and flexible. So much so that we now use it as our default shop-front, because of the way it cuts down on mouse-clicks and keeps your products in the eye of the viewer, through pop-up product descriptions. This has seen a general uptick in sales, along with an upsell on accompanying products through the add-on's feature. The icing on the cake for me was when the team sent me the link for their custom ChatGPT model, where I was able to get some code run off to allow me to customise how the product pop-ups look. It makes things much easier and more accessible, and is another shining example of a team who believe in 100% customer service, 100% of the time.
