Ankit and the team at Easy Bundle builder have honestly been incredible to work with. They’ve been so generous with their time, jumping on calls to walk us through all the different features and making sure everything actually made sense for our business. The app itself is simple to use once you follow the prompts, but what really stood out was the level of support - it’s not often you get such hands-on, responsive service from a Shopify app team. We’re so grateful for how prompt, patient, and supportive they’ve been, and they even went the extra mile by creating custom code and adjustments specifically for us, which was amazing. We feel genuinely lucky to have had such a great experience and couldn’t recommend them more.

The app has been fantastic. When I needed a bit of extra guidance, Ankit was there on a call to help me out and show me extra features that I had missed.

This is complicated for me specially the flow part and the logic of what is good for the UX of my customers, but honestly the customer support of this app is the best Ive seen in a long time. Inmediately they answered me and called and basically guided me to the idea I wanted to implement. So yes, this is the best bundle app and customer support ever. Thanks Nitin

Amazing onboarding support. We did a Google Meet call and they helped me configure and adjust the layouts.

With the app, we’re able to set up our desired bundles and it works very well. If any issues come up, the support team helps very quickly and availability is excellent. Highly recommended.

Customer Support went above and beyond. It is really good, but I still need to understand it better. Ankit was awesome!!! highly recommend

Ankit was really helpful in getting it setup, had support from him almost instantly
