Jigs from Thimatic team supported very well. I reported the issue, and they fixed the issue less than 30 minutes. Super really fast.

I found some strange text appeared on the cart page after enabling a bundle. So I did a live chat with them and they helped to solve the problem quickly.

I used this app. But somehow I was stuck in using this app. The support team helps me a lot now m able to use this app. Superb support and request to add the code of snippet in documentation so that everyone can use easily.

Support team was very fast and responsive, the App was working perfect and easy to install, specially the fact you can add the bundle any place in your theme, Just didn't work for our specific needs and we didn't use it.

Does what it's supposed to. No issues so far. Thought I had trouble with deleting bundle or changing a product but the support team quickly figured out that I just had another copy of the bundle with a different name so that kept on showing up.

Updating my review. The support team is amazing! They are just lagged because of the time change. The app is now working perfectly for us. Highly recommend ZERO SUPPORT. I AM TRYING TO GET THE APP TO FIX A GLITCH IN MY CART AND NO ONE HAS REPLIED FOR 24 HOUS.
