Ruvido Caso review for Bundle Bear ‑ Volume Discounts

We have been charged just for installation twice and we install the app right away but it was not mentioned anywhere that we will be charge on installation only. request you to refund the same on prioirty as we do not find any point of support for this app. Shopify is also not responding on these charges.
