We have been charged just for installation twice and we install the app right away but it was not mentioned anywhere that we will be charge on installation only. request you to refund the same on prioirty as we do not find any point of support for this app. Shopify is also not responding on these charges. When you installed the app from the Shopify app store, the terms included a 14-day trial period, and you have been using the app for 15 days. Works good, sometimes when you want to allow your customers to use multiple discount codes, only BUNDLE is shown. So you don't know if it was a mistake or which other discount code has been used. 5* if this issue will be fixed one day.

I use the app mainly to offer buy x discounts (buy 10 and get 10%)and it works very well! The support is very responsive and solves any inconvenience fast.

Terrible and rude support. We have another app that we've had installed for years that recently updated, and Bundle Bear no longer works correctly. Support team from the other app knows that it can be compatible but Bundle Bear support is unwilling to listen and we were pushed away and told to just delete the other app. They also refused to talk with the other app's support team through phone/video as they only will communicate through email. Will be deleting this app very soon which is a shame because we've used this for years as well.
Hello, We're sorry to hear about the negative experience you had with our app. We've investigated the issue at your store thoroughly, with both admin store access and our tech team reviewing it twice. Had a solution existed to integrate the two applications for your store, we would have been pleased to resolve the issue. As explained in our email, the Shopify checkout process currently prevents our discount from being applied to products that are also modified by your other app. This conflict is blocking the Bundle Bear discount from loading correctly during checkout.
