Initially, Canal was a great app; however, that didn't last. Their site claims "When a proposal is accepted, it’s smooth sailing....You’ll fulfill and ship on behalf of your Retailer, and get paid out via Stripe on a weekly basis. More brand awareness and money in the bank – it’s that easy." Unfortunately, we stopped getting paid for orders shipped. We're a small brand, but we we were working with some well known sites. We tried reaching out to them directly with no luck. Canal customer service kept telling us they were working on it. We got paid for a few orders, but not all. And it has been months. We removed our products from the associated sites and will now be removing the app. Update: Canal eventually did pay us for the outstanding orders.
