I have used this app for a few years and it is perfect. I did try a few similar cancel apps, but they didnt have the features, and we buggy. This one is flawless and just works. The only thing better than the app is the support from Axel, always really helpful and goes above and beyond to help. if you want the flexibility for customers to manage and cancel their own orders without contacting you, this app is the best in the app store. 5 Stars.

I was able to use the automatic installation to set this up. I had set it up only on the customer account page and not on the order confirmation page intentionally but did not test it. Once a customer complained that the cancel button wasn't working, I got in touch with Alex, the developer of the app and he modified the code to handle the cancellation on the customer account page itself, which was my main requirement. Kudos to him for promptly responding and handling my query.

Fantastic app which makes canceling orders simple for customers, while offering useful information for merchants such as cancellation reasons. This application has great customer support too.

This is an excellent order cancel/edit/reorder app. Had some trouble installing due to leftover code from a prior app. But Axel weeded out the old code and helped me on a Sunday to get everything set up. Thanks for the great support and for a very useful app. The cancel/edit/reorder is a feature that has high value for a successful store. Highly recommended!

I installed this app because I loved being able to offer an easy option for customers that need to cancel/edit their order. They can make their requests without tying me up on a phone call. After installation I ran into an issue that had nothing to do with the app. Axel offered to look at my cart to see if he could figure it out. He was absolutely amazing because he found my problem. This is customer service at a whole better level. Axel also made sure Cancellable was installed correctly for me and he was very quick too. Amazing support, staff and app.

Quick and easy to install and customize. And it works exactly as advertised! I sent along some questions and a basic feature request on a Friday afternoon and the feature was built and questions were answered before I got in on Monday. Highly recommend the app and the team behind it.

Extremely easy to use from an internal standpoint, and the developer is quick to answer all questions and is open to suggestions. Also, it's extremely easy to use and navigate from the customer's perspective allowing for a seamless purchasing experience. Highly recommend!

This is a very well made app, with sound business logic. It has been simply a plug in and work out the box solution for us. We are getting approx. 10-20 less support tickets per day due to having this, customers now fix their own problems. There are not many similar apps, we tried all of them and this was our preferred choice.
