I'm using this app as an email collector which it has been doing well, I find using the app pretty simple and straightforward.

I left a previous review relating to this app slowing down my website. The customer support was excellent in addressing the issue, and even tried to help further improve our website speed. One word of caution is that if you have multiple apps that have abandoned cart features, there could be an interaction between all the apps that causes website speed issues. Make sure you website is running at the same speed after installing new apps relating to this feature.

captured more unknown than actual emails. I tested out my own email and still listed it as unknown. not helpful and it is useless.
We see that the app was uninstalled on 11th March within the trial period and it has recovered some valuable carts for you. Surprisingly, we haven’t received any query related to the issue during that time, until now. It would be great if you can share more details with us in order to help us resolve it for you. Our support manager is also connecting you via email in this regard.

A+ customer service from Alex Mason and the rest of the CareCart team. Would absolutely recommend the app on that alone. We needed a way to configure the email templates to be plain HTML instead of the default templates in the CareCart app, and since there wasn't an option to do so, we reached out to their support team to see if that was possible. Alex Mason from customer support responded to us, and he and the team were beyond helpful. We could tell they worked hard to accommodate our requests and in the end, we had what we needed. Only been using this App a few months and only using the free plan. So far we'rerunning at 45% recovery - very satisfied with the App.

Pricing is inconsistent... app page says $8.99 but when you upgrade through the app it is $29. Defiantly does not give us much faith in the apps reliability.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our support team has tried to reach out to you twice via email but didn't got any response so I am trying to connect with you here. I have looked at your account details and it seems that you have been using CareCart Free version for about 10 months now. The issue you experienced was due to legacy package/pricing support feature in CareCart which resulted in showing old package pricing that included VERY high email sending limits, and this effected only few old users of our app. We have rectified it and you should be able to see our current packages from your account. Initially I had an issue with how the email collector worked on my theme, but within 4-6 hours the support team had fixed it. They checked in with me 3x to make sure it was working.

Overall seems like a good app - Lets you customize three different emails to send out. Input boxes are a little buggy and can get messed up if you try to edit too much - I would really like to see some email templates already created - I just spent an hour creating three separate emails - it would be great if they had some emails already set up that worked and didn't have weird English.

We installed this app to help with abandoned cart conversions. It is a really smart app that is simple to follow and setup. Nice code tinkering for the advanced user to customize. Use Canva to create your header in the proper dimensions and you will be all set. Just setup now so waiting to evaluate results. Very positive feelings about this product.
