This app has been a fantastic way to recover customers after leaving. We have a lot of success with it and I will say their customer support it top notch as well. They really go above and beyond to offer support, that’s very important these days.

The ru plug-in has not been used for a long time, and there are also repurchases. There are still many problems encountered temporarily, and their team is still very patient to answer, very good

This app did wonders for our business. After just 2 days of using the app, we were able to generate more than 500 dollars worth of sales. And the premium plan is worth the cost. At just 12 dollars, we are getting a lot of cool features. Plus, the support team is always there to guide us if we are having any trouble with the app. All in all, this is a great app, one you should definitely try.

Great App! As soon as I activated the app, about an hour later it recovered its first abandoned cart. I was shocked at how quickly it started recovering.

This app has helped recover so many customers it's actually insane. Love what this app does. I had a little trouble with one of the features not going away when I would disable it, so I had to put in a ticket to get some help removing it. They were extremely responsive and fast in solving my issue. Great customer service! I highly recommend!

Finally an app with a reasonable lifetime payment. The monthly paid shopify apps are such a rip off. This app works great and great support. Highly recommend it. (To the team - hope you always keep the lifetime payment option as this puts you way above your competition)

We recommend the Abandoned Cart Recovery app. It continually does as promised by reaching out to our customers that have left the site and bringing them back to purchase. It allows us to recapture sales that we would have otherwise lost. Some apps need tweaking over time and this one has required very little maintenance. Since set up, it has worked well without causing any other issues on our site.

We use this app to assist with abandon carts as well as draft orders that customers plan on completing at a later date. The customer service team is top-notch and super helpful. The app also has several other sales features we haven't tried out yet but plan to in the near future.

This app is great! It works perfectly for our needs and allows us to convert those abandoned sales easily and quickly. I personally use it to help clients put together a wishlist and I ultimately upsell them based on their preferences. I tell them, add the products in the cart you like, and follow the process all the way through to checkout. Prior to adding your payment information, I tell them to "X" out of the page. This then triggers the abandoned cart, and I can now see what the client likes and make sales suggestions based on their cart. If you don't have this app yet, GET IT!!

I left a previous review relating to this app slowing down my website. The customer support was excellent in addressing the issue, and even tried to help further improve our website speed. One word of caution is that if you have multiple apps that have abandoned cart features, there could be an interaction between all the apps that causes website speed issues. Make sure you website is running at the same speed after installing new apps relating to this feature.

captured more unknown than actual emails. I tested out my own email and still listed it as unknown. not helpful and it is useless.
We see that the app was uninstalled on 11th March within the trial period and it has recovered some valuable carts for you. Surprisingly, we haven’t received any query related to the issue during that time, until now. It would be great if you can share more details with us in order to help us resolve it for you. Our support manager is also connecting you via email in this regard.

A+ customer service from Alex Mason and the rest of the CareCart team. Would absolutely recommend the app on that alone. We needed a way to configure the email templates to be plain HTML instead of the default templates in the CareCart app, and since there wasn't an option to do so, we reached out to their support team to see if that was possible. Alex Mason from customer support responded to us, and he and the team were beyond helpful. We could tell they worked hard to accommodate our requests and in the end, we had what we needed. Only been using this App a few months and only using the free plan. So far we'rerunning at 45% recovery - very satisfied with the App.

Pricing is inconsistent... app page says $8.99 but when you upgrade through the app it is $29. Defiantly does not give us much faith in the apps reliability.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our support team has tried to reach out to you twice via email but didn't got any response so I am trying to connect with you here. I have looked at your account details and it seems that you have been using CareCart Free version for about 10 months now. The issue you experienced was due to legacy package/pricing support feature in CareCart which resulted in showing old package pricing that included VERY high email sending limits, and this effected only few old users of our app. We have rectified it and you should be able to see our current packages from your account.
