Terrible app. I've tested it personally with many different email addresses, and it only sent 1 email instead of 12. Avoid at all costs. Smells like fraud.
We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. However, after looking at your stats, we found no issue, and a total of 725 emails have been sent and around 395 carts have been recovered through them in a total of 20 days which seems to be good progress. Our customer support manager will be contacting you shortly via email and we would like to get further clarity on what issue you are facing while using the app.

I used this app to assist in capturing abandoned carts. It certainly helps to recapture those customers we thought we had lost. Assistance is great and the support is excellent. Can highly recommend.

I used this app to optimise our abandoned cart flow. Super easy to use. Comes with 3 email templates to send out at times you can determine. Plus allows you to tweak and customise to your own liking. Highly recommend this app.

Super easy app to use, I only need the free verson currently but happy to progress into paid once the sales build. Very good for new stores who don't want to outlay a lot of money initially.

We use this app to replace the Shopify's default Abandoned Checkout email notification because we do not use either Online Stores channel or the Buy Button interface. This app provides all of the functionalities that we seek, with added flexibility not available on certain part of Shopify. The chat support team was very responsive, informative, and friendly. Most of the answers given were relevant and did help us to develop our app better. We recommend this app for those encountering the similar issue or those who wish to tweak their Abandoned Cart email notification further.

this is one of the greatest apps I've ever installed. So many useful features that are increasing my recovery rate and conversions so much. And the customer service is super responsive. Highly recommend trying it
