Based on their automated billing system, your app installation on August 17, 2024, at 7:58 AM and uninstallation on August 31, 2024, at 1:59 PM exceeded the 14-day trial period by just over 6 hours, which is why a charge was applied for the first month's subscription. Excellent app! It includes as much information as is available about the person who added items to their cart, including their email address. When we got a bunch of ATCs from a bot, Cart Insights support was vey helpful and set up a rule that excludes that bot's ATCs as well as ATCs from my own email. They plan to add this as a DIY feature in a future update. Thanks for the great support!

Great App. A bit expensive for what it does. A discounted annual pre-payment will be appreciated. Also, to fix this: your own tests and visits! It should detect your own IP and activity and take them out. It's frustrating that you own visits are always counted ad shown.

Very good costumer service and they do care and do follow up, and the app give you insight on what been left into your store Cart.
