i have had this app for a bit. it does great though i cant quite say that my average order value has increased since i begun using the app . But it does work beautifully.

Updating the rating to 4 star.... -------------------------------- Overall the support is responsive, however there were certain gaps and feature issue due to which making it 4 star. With some feature additions and solving support issues, the app may deserve 5 star. -------------------------------- Some basic features are good which are included in free plan and with basic efforts those can be configured. However, if you want to use advanced then challenges begin. I wanted to use marketing campaigns, and submitted the campaigns. However after a day the campaigns show "Waiting for review". However I couldn't see any templates in my Facebook Business account. Since marketing is configured with my account, so that would be my obvious expectation. When I contacted customer care, they informed that since your store is in development and password protected the campaigns can't be approved. So effectively the campaigns are pending with carthike team itself, and they are just sitting on it. No information, no sla and no help anywhere on the app. How a merchant will figure out on the next steps. When asked some further question, the response was very cold as "out Q&A team is looking into the questions and we'll get back to you with answers". Waiting for it and no response so far. I believe the basic purpose of the customer support is to provide the answers to queries and representaives handling should have some basic knowledge about the customer queries. It's not like, there're some core tehnical questions for which they need to consult the dev team. These are some basic usage questions, which were forwarded to Q&A team. Possibly the team needs to hire better and knowledgeable representatives.
