Love this app and and the support is amazing. My results from using this app has been tremendous! Extremely easy to install and my clients love it.

I just started with them and the experience so far has been straightforward, pleasant and personable. I like the fact that you are assigned a dedicated customer success associate to help you along with this. Also, I like the various pricing available for me to choose based on business level. I a waiting to see how they help with my sales, but again so far so good.

So many great things to say about CartLoop. First off, I’ve never had so much help from everyone on the team. They really want to help you succeed. Most companies have you sign up and then you never hear from them again. I’m even in a slack channel with their team! Very cost efficient and in depth features in the platform. Highly recommend.

Let me say "Wow" the team and support is gold, really reactive and helpful when you have any questions, they are really there to support your growth, something that is rare nowadays, it's a win-win situation and I recommend them 100%.

I love this app & the representatives. Alexandra makes it so much fun to set up a marketing platform and work lol. I also am in love with the layout of everything very simple and easy to use. While getting the most impact!

Just recently installed this app so I can't speak on how well it converts and what the projected revenue would be like. However, support is really useful and Alexandra listened to all my questions and suggestions. As text messages get higher open rates than email, I'm hopeful this will be worth it. Can't wait to start earning money together!

I was incredibly dubious about using Cartloop, especially for a brand we're so cautious about keeping the right tone of voice for – we're in quite a sensitive space that requires an enormous amount of empathy. Outsourcing support on a channel as intimate as SMS was a risk. I cannot tell you just how impressed I've been! Alexandra has been utterly fantastic at understanding our brands' mission and ensuring that Cartloop's support agents also understand what our brand is about and proactively monitoring conversations on our behalf. What's been even greater is the feedback we're seeing from customers. We've even tested it from our own devices to ask somewhat more challenging questions and the Cartloop team delves into our FAQs, into our reviews, past conversations, goes through our site and ensures they're answering a customer message to the best of their ability. Super, super impressed!
