So, there might have been some confusion with original emails, and zoom calls that were setup, and I felt like Ateeb was a non-existent person. When I send a second email about my issue, Ateeb was quick to respond. We had an immediate zoom call and he walked me through all my questions and helped me understand what I needed to fix some issues. This second email and interaction was excellent. He gave me lots of tips, and an easy way to contact him with future questions.

They were immediately helpful in answering my questions! I had some issues with a previous app I tried out and they were able to address those issues and point me in the right direction. Still poking around the app but I think it's going to work for my needs.
