Ho contattato Kenneth di Releasit per una problematica causata dalle tariffe aumentate e quindi non sapendo come fare ho contattato tramite wazzap e devo dire che mi hanno aiutato a risolvere questo problema. Eccezionali sia come servizio che assistenza Grazie mille per avermi aiutato

App super utile assolutamente da avere! Assistenza 24/24 con risposta immediata e risoluzione dei problemi in pochi minuti! L’app è molto intuitiva e spiega passo passo tutti i procedimenti… l’assistenza clienti è sempre presente, sono gentili e capiscono il problema all’istante! Meravigliosa la possibilità di risolvere i problemi o in autonomia con l’aiuto su whatsapp/mail o facendo accedere l’assistenza al profilo Shopify e quindi risolvono tutto loro direttamente. Super consigliata e super soddisfatta!

Aplicación muy sencilla de configurar que permite el tipo de pago reembolso, fundamental en el mercado Español. El soporte ha sido excelente, el tiempo de respuesta inmejorable. La recomiendo

Desde el comienzo la asistencia técnica fue excelente, además que las caracteristicas que ofrece la APP nativamente son amigables. Te permite configurarla para ofrecer y esconder el servicio de contrapago a las regiones que desees efectivamente. Además te permite colocar y anunciar a tus clientes los costos adicionales que implica la selección de este servicio de envíos dentro de tu tienda. De verdad excelente aplicación! Definitivamente recomendada!

Me Resolvió Un problema de calculo de los pago Contraentrega ya que calcula automáticamente la comisión, Adicional ud decide a que artículos le puedes programar el pago Contraentrega, muy fácil de programar

Looks like its working fine. I have just installed it today. And done a test order and everything was fine. Customer service is excellent. I was with Marco on whatsapp and he helped me through the whole setup process
