I’ve only set it up a few hours ago, and based on my tests, it’s working well. What really stands out, though, is the customer service — immediate, kind, and accurate support.

Ho avuto un problema con la visualizzazione del metodo di pagamento in contrassegno nel riepilogo dell’ordine inviato ai clienti, ma il team di Releasit Cash on Delivery è stato eccezionale! L’assistenza è rapida, professionale e molto disponibile nel risolvere ogni problema. Mi hanno guidato passo dopo passo fino alla soluzione, dimostrando grande competenza e attenzione al cliente. Ora il mio store funziona perfettamente e il pagamento alla consegna è integrato senza problemi. I am so happy to find this app. I tried to edit my theme with Java script to automate changing the total to include the COD fee but it didn't work since I didn't realize Shopify does not allow any code or app to change the checkout process. This app solved my issue and the customer service was top notch in helping set everything up.
