The responses to my inquiries have been very precise, and the support has been excellent. With other apps, monthly fees are charged based on the number of orders, counting even those unrelated to cash on delivery, which caused the costs to increase. After switching to this app, that issue was resolved. The app has been functioning flawlessly, and I believe it has also made the fees clearer for my customers.
