I love to make catalogues , but this app is hilarious. Horrible experience............

Limited Features and Compatibility Issues The app lacks advanced features like proper product filtering and sorting. It also conflicted with other tools I was using, causing errors in my Shopify store. Overall, this isn’t a reliable tool if you need a polished, seamless catalog setup.

Poor for Large Product Catalogs CatalogAce might work for a few products, but as soon as I tried to build a catalog with over 100 items, it became a nightmare. The app lagged and often failed to generate usable files. I ended up giving up and looking for another solution.

I'm not tech-savvy, but I expected Catalog Ace to be more user-friendly. The interface was clunky, and I spent hours trying to figure out basic features. The lack of intuitive design and poor navigation made it frustrating to use. Definitely not recommended for small business owners who want a hassle-free experience.

I've experienced numerous glitches and bugs while using Catalog Ace. The app would freeze, and I'd lose my work. The customer support team was slow to respond, and the fixes were temporary. It's been a nightmare trying to manage my catalog with this app. Looking for a more reliable solution ASAP.

I tried out CatalogAce to clean up and organize my product catalog, and it’s been a big help. It makes updating product info and keeping everything consistent so much easier. What used to take me hours now just gets done in a few clicks. Really straightforward to use and saves me a ton of time.

This app works if you wish to create small catalogues but if you have lot's of products like over 100 products, it's a nightmare !! I have been trying to finish a catalogue and I give up, it doesn't work :-(

Don't spend too much time creating a catalog because it times out constantly and you lose all your work. There's no way to save while initially adding products until you go to the next screen. If you go back, you lose your work. Not happy!

Average Experience , app sounds well . I have use it for many days and still using . Catalogue function is fine for 5 to 10 products . but for more products its now good option . I appeal to owner that please make some improvements in the app and also improve the support chat , so we can easily approach you . Thanks

Now I use CatalogAce to edit products in bulk. I can change prices, tags, and variants all at once, so I spend less time on admin and more time connecting with my customers. If your Shopify store has a lot of SKUs, this app is a total time-saver!

Catalogue Ace has been a major letdown for my Shopify store. The app's limited customization options and rigid layout structures have made it impossible for me to create a catalog that truly represents my brand. The lack of flexibility in product grid layouts and image sizing has resulted in a catalog that looks generic and uninviting. Furthermore, the app's slow loading times have negatively impacted my store's overall performance. Until Catalogue Ace addresses these issues, I'll be forced to look elsewhere for a more robust and user-friendly catalog solution.
