I’ve been working with CatalogAce across multiple campaigns, product launches and seasonal cleanups, and it has consistently been one of the most helpful apps in my workflow. Before this, updating my catalog felt like a chore I kept avoiding too many products, too many fields, too much room for mistakes.

After working with CatalogAce from seasonal catalog cleanups to large product imports and promo preparations I can honestly say this is one of the best product management apps I’ve ever used on Shopify. Product organization is usually the part everyone avoids because it’s slow, messy and easy to break. But CatalogAce actually makes it… manageable. Even kind of enjoyable.

The interface is so clean and straightforward that I didn’t need a learning curve. I could filter exactly what I wanted, make bulk edits without stressing about messing something up, and see a preview before saving changes. That preview feature honestly saved me multiple times.

It feels like the app was built by someone who truly understands what it’s like to manage a store day-to-day. All the little details are thought through it just works the way you wish Shopify worked by default.

For a small catalog, it's okay. but for us, who have lots of products, it does not work properly. I also asked for help from my team in making catalog, but still nothing, as it's super tough for a high number of products.

Historically, a competing Shopify App Developer has submitted two (2) DMCA takedown requests that we believe are unfounded. We do not know who is behind these attacks but suspect a third-party group may be involved based on the locations of the fake stores. Although we cannot prove who is behind this review, our analytics indicate it is not genuine. We publicly ask the Shopify Partner team to investigate and remove these malicious reviews. We are also attempting to reach out to the competitor in the hope that we can cooperate to identify if a third party is indeed involved in this situation. While our app is not perfect, our team investigated the usage of this specific store on our app and found no real user engagement. We utilize various analytics tools to communicate this to Shopify Partner and report malicious reviews orchestrated or paid for by third parties. Our team is devastated by the never-ending waves of attacks and would greatly appreciate more help from the Shopify Partner team. While the Partner team has historically removed these malicious reviews, the period between when the reviews are posted and when the Partner team takes action significantly impacts our ranking and install rate.

It’s super intuitive I can bulk edit and keep my catalog consistent without juggling spreadsheets or wasting hours. Definitely one of those tools that quietly makes your whole store feel more professional.

I'm not tech-savvy, but I expected Catalog Ace to be more user-friendly. The interface was clunky, and I spent hours trying to figure out basic features. The lack of intuitive design and poor navigation made it frustrating to use. Definitely not recommended for small business owners who want a hassle-free experience.

I've experienced numerous glitches and bugs while using Catalog Ace. The app would freeze, and I'd lose my work. The customer support team was slow to respond, and the fixes were temporary. It's been a nightmare trying to manage my catalog with this app. Looking for a more reliable solution ASAP.

Import failed and duplicated products. Took too long to fix

I tried out CatalogAce to clean up and organize my product catalog, and it’s been a big help. It makes updating product info and keeping everything consistent so much easier. What used to take me hours now just gets done in a few clicks. Really straightforward to use and saves me a ton of time.

This app works if you wish to create small catalogues but if you have lot's of products like over 100 products, it's a nightmare !! I have been trying to finish a catalogue and I give up, it doesn't work :-(

Don't spend too much time creating a catalog because it times out constantly and you lose all your work. There's no way to save while initially adding products until you go to the next screen. If you go back, you lose your work. Not happy!

Performance-wise, I've noticed some lag when loading certain pages. Not a huge deal, but it's noticeable . Also, I wish there were more customization options for the catalog layout - feels a bit limited in that department.

This catalog app is fantastic. It has something that really stands out. The printed PDF comes with QR code for each product, allowing customers to scan and purchase directly. Plus it comes with many attractive templates with many options to customize product's details and apply them across the board. I highly recommend to this to whoever needs to have their catalog in printed form.

After a difficult start, I was pleasantly surprised to be called in by the development team. I hope things stay as they are now, which is great and worth the price. The application still suffers from minor bugs like (cosmetic changes not being saved correctly) but overall it's great and the support team is responsive which is a major plus.

Cant find support, i install the trial and they charged me on the first hour the full price of the higest plan. Even the archived products appear in the catalog, there are few or none personalization options. One time isnt enough, they charged me the full price of the higest plan on the first hour of the trial.
