Due to a request from Shopify Partner Governance we are not allowed to mention which competitor is behind those malicious fake review attacks and ask the Shopify Partner team to investigate and remove these malicious reviews. While our app is not perfect, our team investigated the usage of this specific store on our app and found no real user engagement. We utilize various analytics tools to communicate this to Shopify Partner and report malicious reviews orchestrated or paid for by third parties. Our team is devastated by a never-ending waves of attacks and would greatly appreciate help from the Shopify Partner team in preventing those.
