Using CatalogAce was more trouble than it was worth. The drag-and-drop feature is unreliable, and I faced multiple issues with catalog formatting. The lack of effective customer support only made things worse.

I found CatalogAce to be very frustrating to use. The PDF export feature often fails, and the customization options are too limited. Support is slow to respond and didn’t resolve my issues satisfactorily.

I was disappointed with CatalogAce’s performance. The templates are too basic and offer minimal customization. The PDF exports often resulted in formatting errors, and the overall user experience was far from seamless.

Creating catalogs with CatalogAce is more cumbersome than it should be. The templates are outdated and lack modern design elements. Exporting to PDF resulted in formatting issues, and the whole process was unnecessarily time-consuming.

For what it offers, Ace Catalogue is way too expensive. I was expecting an intuitive system that would make managing my store easier, but instead, I’ve run into constant bugs and issues. It lacks the advanced features I need for my store’s growth, and the price tag doesn’t justify the subpar performance. I’ve found cheaper alternatives that work much better.

I thought Ace Catalogue would simplify my product listings, but it’s been nothing but frustration. The app constantly crashes when I try to update my inventory, and it’s been messing up my product details. I've reached out to support multiple times, but they only give generic responses. It might work well for small stores, but for larger catalogs, it's a nightmare. Not worth the hassle!
