I got step by step help to import some products from my ebay store. The person was VERY patient and stayed connected until I finished. Even after i found the products had uploaded we still checked to make sure they were there. Very dedicated to making sure I succeeded and didnt leave me hanging. It was worth purchasing a few credits to make this update go flawlessly and saved me a ton of time.

Great Support. Really fast, nice and helpful. Helped me deal with the program. Answered all my questions and concerns very well. (Example: the German Letters Ä Ü Ö were not taken over correctly, after writing to the support it was fixed immediately)

I like how I can import my products in from my Etsy store, but I wish it were free (or cheaper) to sync the inventories between the two. Customer service is very knowledgeable, and I appreciate their efforts to helping me with the questions I had.

Nice service from lady Deepti, patient and useful advice / answer. She helped me to walk through the setup and and some adding features. Pros: 1. Easy one-button import from Amazon. 2. Customized importing (more images/bullet features) at one-time USD69 3. One-time charge for pushing listings to Shopify 4. Sync all inventories at USD29 (max 10,000 SKUs which are pretty enough for me)

Worked very hard with me on some custom work as I wanted all variation images to be uploaded to Shopify from Amazon via the Importer. End result was exactly what I needed. Good response and communication. Great service.

I used the app to import eBay and Amazon listings on shopfiy.. worked like a charm.. got great technical support from Ankit, he is the best and also likes soccer as me who went over and above to make sure the listing imports went smoothly...

I was looking for an amp which will integrate multiple shops and this one does it in a big way. A life saver. The only thing I would say I didn't like was it's somewhat difficult to figure out at first. Once you do then it makes things much easier.

This app has allowed us to go live on Shopify in a matter of days instead of weeks or months. Everything is synced with Amazon and is running like clockwork. The customer service is outstanding!

Excellent with great customer service. Thank you for Multichannel for all your help getting htis store set-up and having techs who are of great help and instruction. I used this app to help me import my Etsy listings to my shopify and wow. It did everything I expected and more. The representative was awesome. I was lost and she helped me out with everything via chat. I definitely recommend this app if you're trying to import your inventory from another platform
