I used the app to import 400+ of my eBay listings on shopfiy.. worked like a charm.. got great technical support from Ankit who went over and above to make sure the listing imports went smoothly.. update: 3 months down the line and these guys are still great.. I made a mistake and uploaded the wrong products and lost credits and they were more than happy to help us out!!.. hooking on to this app was a good decision!

***Major shout-out to Ankit Singh for his help*** Absolutely fantastic app - I have been operating on Amazon Seller Central for a few months now and I knew I wanted to start selling through my own site to avoid all the fees on Amazon but I didn't know how to get all my products imported into Shopify - that is, until I found MultiChannel Importer! So easy to bring all my skus, photos, descriptions, etc...you couldn't ask for a better importing tool. Now I have all my skus in my Shopify storefront and have already begun making sales! Anytime I needed help, the support team was there for me - it's like they are partners in my business who are invested in my success. Could not recommend highly enough.

I've contacted support about five times this weak and they've been quick and efficient every time, so far I am a happy customer, I really like the features they offer for an affordable plan

This app deserves five stars purely because of its support.... Normally the instant message popups are annoying and tend to be bots, but in my case I was immediately connected (within two seconds) to someone called Jason Roy, who I first thought was a bot, but in fact turned out to be human, and a very helpful one at that!
