I have worked closely with the team at CedCommerce, especially a particular employee called Suryansh, who has gone above and beyond to help me with our integration. There are a few tools on the market, but this one works really well and they really have 24/7 support to help you with anything you need. This has been a great experience, our products are online and we can now scale our sales on TikTok Shop.

This is a great connector to bring your Shopify products over to TikTok Shop. I tried two others before settling with Ced (Silk Connector, ShoppeDance) - CedCommerce was the only one that would allow me to optimize the product listings directly on TTS for SEO purposes while still syncing inventory and orders. This is a must have feature for anyone trying to optimize their products for discovery on TTS. The customer service team for Ced is excellent. I've watched the feature set steadily improve over the past year as well as its reliability.

The Onboarding process and support I got from the agent was amazing. I was able to sucessfully upload products and have better understanding of how the Cedcommerce tiktok app works.

Still setting up, some features appear to be missing but this could be tiktok limitations due to how new the platform is. Support has been excellent so far, always a message away. Highly recommended!

Great App, makes things a lot easier when it comes to inventory, order fulfillment, and syncing Shopify with TikTok seamlessly. Customer service is excellent, Vikram is always ready to jump on a call to fix any issue or help out with anything at anytime. Very pleased!

Happy with Ced commerce had a few small issues but always resolved instantly. Added extra development work for us. Just waiting for them to roll out, So we can have two separate tik tok accounts syncing. Integration is great, along with the pricing. Well recommend

We have a really large category of items so it is quite a bit of work to categorize to TikTok categories and make sure images are correct size. But CED commerce are really helpful and the support is great. We have used for other apps like Etsy and they have always been great. Thank you.

I have been using CED for all my 3P marketplace integrations. This is my 2nd integration and plan on adding Amazon as well. Support from Aditi and other CED staff has always been prompt and helpful. They take the time to help you through the onboarding and integrations, and solve any issues that come up.

This app and CedCommerce have been seamless and easy to use in linking our Shopify store to our TikTok Shop page. My account manager has been available and supportive 24/7 and she has made my life much easier! Would highly recommend to avoid trial and error with other apps. She has been particularly helpful in assisting with shipping details of an encrypted order on my TikTok shop and has also been very helpful and very informative in assisting with connecting my products to my TikTok shop. The customer support is amazing!

HUNDREDS of orders did not get marked as fulfilled creating a mess for our company. Reached out to customer service and they kept saying "It's been resolved" when in fact nothing had been resolved and orders are still open. Unprofessional and strange customer service at best. AVOID at all costs. Two months later they are STILL trying to charge me, insisting that they connect with me over the phone, even though I've said I want to cancel multiple times, I've cancelled online and removed the app. Seems this company wants to STEAL your money.
