The app itself is seamless and provides a great way to feed your Shopify Store into TikTok, especially if you have a complex product set-up. One particular feature we like is the ability to 'unlink' from Shopify, so you can edit product content specifically for TikTok. Their customer support is absolutely fantastic, any issues we've had or any special requests we've needed, their support team have sorted it quickly. We are in the early stages with the CedCommerce TikTok Shop platform. We get great support and steering about all the usual set up questions, product editing, order processing, structuring of templates and categories. I can recommend. This is much faster than working in TikTok Commerce directly. Vireous.Shop in UK selling inspired clothing and artworks. Special mention to Kartikey Mishra and to Aditi. We had an issue with synching our inventory across from the app onto the TikTok Shop. They fixed it so that we were able to make hundreds of product pages updated in one stroke, and ready for accepting orders.
