Guter Support, schnelle Antwort und lösen alle Probleme immer super. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Synchronisation mit Shopify müsste automatisher sein. Wenn man etwas an Produkten ändert oder neu hochlädt, muss man immer manuell neu uploaden. Ich finde vorallem Bahvya im Support Team war super.

This app is fantastic! It makes syncing orders from TikTok Shop to Shopify incredibly easy. I used to do everything manually, which was time-consuming and frustrating. Now, all orders are transferred correctly and automatically—no more errors or missed steps. It works smoothly and saves me so much time every day. The CedCommerce TikTok Shop application functions well, orders are perfectly synchronised, although we have occasionally encountered issues with the synchronisation of products and images. However, the technical support team has been helpful at all times and guided us in resolving the issues immediately. I recommend it.

Hi. Ayushi was very helpful and relieved me of so much stress and anxiety about the uncertainty of uploading my products onto TikTok Shop. She walked me through each step and exhibited much patience with me throughout the process. I was so happy to finally see some products added from my store! If it had not been for her, I'm not sure that I would have figured it out. In addition, she provided me insights into some of the services that TikTok offers, and I will be able to explore those at a later date.
