CedCommerce was exactly the app my company needed to sync our Shopify catalog to TikTok Shop. With over 3,500 products, we needed a reliable system and strong support team — and on that front, CedCommerce’s Etsy integration has been great. However, our experience with the TikTok team has been disappointing. Communication has been inconsistent, and despite promises of updates, I’ve had to repeatedly follow up for progress reports. The app itself works, but the lack of proactive communication and accountability from the support side has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. It’s a solid product, but the TikTok team’s follow-through and responsiveness need improvement to match the level of service provided by CedCommerce’s other platforms.

The synchronization is very good. If there is something missing, they try to include it. You can add VAT, discounts you want to synchronize, units, and storage. Its global synchronization with reviews and sales for a single product in different countries with translations. Aditi does a good job and is always attentive.

This app is great! I use it to sync my TikTok Shop Europe orders directly into Shopify, and it works perfectly once everything is set up. At the beginning, it takes a little time to understand how the interface works, but after that, everything runs smoothly and automatically. What really makes the difference is the support team: super responsive, always available on WhatsApp, and very helpful whenever I had questions. Thanks to them, the setup was much easier and now the app saves me a lot of time every day. Highly recommend if you want a seamless connection between TikTok Shop and Shopify!

Support is lacking... Been days since we installed to have a solution. I have contact suppor tmany times and nothing changes, they dont take seriously the support at all. i wa sunable to have all my product online on tiktok. each time they tell me i should of done this and that... always customer fault it seems. I delete it.. they wont see me again

Getting started with CedCommerce for TikTok Shop wasn’t the easiest — especially when it came to syncing products at the beginning. The interface also takes a bit of time to learn. But once everything is set up and you get familiar with how it works, it runs smoothly and does the job well. The real highlight for me has been the support: our account manager is always available on WhatsApp and responds instantly, which makes the whole process much easier.

App is brillant and super easy to use, and the team provides an amazing support to set it up.

The app is well developed and they made it even easier to for the new users to get synced with tiktok or any social channel not only this. Especially their support is team is fab. We highly recommend this app for any marketplace integration compared to ones developed by the owned social platforms. We appreciate you guys, keep doing the great job.

Guter Support, schnelle Antwort und lösen alle Probleme immer super. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Synchronisation mit Shopify müsste automatisher sein. Wenn man etwas an Produkten ändert oder neu hochlädt, muss man immer manuell neu uploaden.

CedCommerce is amazing. Great customer service. Little confusing at first, but everything was explained clearly by onboarding, and working fine now.

The experience has been an amaizing one and the response is lightning fast, they even have the patience to deal with the strangest of problems (which I sometimes get).
