The experience has been an amaizing one and the response is lightning fast, they even have the patience to deal with the strangest of problems (which I sometimes get). Thank you especially to the customer support for being active at the strangest of times too. Great app, helps with logistics, would reccommend.

This app is fantastic! It makes syncing orders from TikTok Shop to Shopify incredibly easy. I used to do everything manually, which was time-consuming and frustrating. Now, all orders are transferred correctly and automatically—no more errors or missed steps. It works smoothly and saves me so much time every day. Highly recommend it if you're selling on TikTok and want a seamless connection with Shopify!

The CedCommerce TikTok Shop application functions well, orders are perfectly synchronised, although we have occasionally encountered issues with the synchronisation of products and images. However, the technical support team has been helpful at all times and guided us in resolving the issues immediately. I recommend it.

I’ve installed this app since a few days and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The interface is intuitive and everything works smoothly. Hi. Ayushi was very helpful and relieved me of so much stress and anxiety about the uncertainty of uploading my products onto TikTok Shop. She walked me through each step and exhibited much patience with me throughout the process. I was so happy to finally see some products added from my store! If it had not been for her, I'm not sure that I would have figured it out. In addition, she provided me insights into some of the services that TikTok offers, and I will be able to explore those at a later date.

CedCommerce works a charm and the customer support is excellent. Quick response times and excellent guidance or done-for-you troubleshooting where possible. We also use their Walmart connector app.
