Love this app – amazing support! Amazing and fast customer support. Special thanks to Aditi for helping with a tricky mapping problem – super helpful and responsive! Also worth mentioning: the app helped us solve a bundle issue that TikTok support couldn’t figure out. Really impressed. Love that app!

The CED support team were very helpful in helping me install the CED Commerce App and remove a different app that did not work very well

Aditi was amazing and really helped with my issue. Thank you!

Great service!

CED commerce is super efficient and helpful with transferring my product information to TikTok from Shopify. I also use CED commerce for Etsy and Walmart. It is very seamless and easy to work with. The customer service is also really great. They have a live person in the chat who can answer questions. I had representative Suryansh Singh Chauhan help me today, and he even followed up with a question after he had an answer from another person at the company. I would recommend this platform to help move data from Shopify to other selling platforms. Thanks so much.

We are very happy with the Cedcommerce application for tiktok shop, but especially with the support we are receiving, which makes the management easier and more efficient. Aditi is always available to help us with a lot of patience and commitment. Highly recommended!
