Used this app to connect to TTS and while I was using it I encountered a issues and in no time their support was able to help me and guide me on how to fix the issue. 5/5 really impressed.

Tech support was extremely helpful for onboarding. They answered all my questions clearly and were super helpful by jumping on a quick call to guide me through the set up. Functionalities are also great and include everything needed to run tiktok shop smoothly, including shipping mapping and automatic sync of shopify orders tracking.

The Perfect Solution for TikTok Shop and Bundled Products After struggling with the wrong bundle builders and a lot of trial and error, I finally found the perfect setup: CED Commerce combined with Simple Bundles. I needed a TikTok integration that could handle bundled products and accurately track individual inventory components, and this combination worked. A key tip: in the Simple Bundles app, you need to use the Simple Bundles option, not Infinite Bundles, for everything to function correctly. I chose CED Commerce because of their excellent customer service reviews, and they did not disappoint. They took the time for phone calls and video screen-sharing, which was a game-changer. Aditi was incredibly helpful and stayed with me through the entire process until all my bundles were live on TikTok Shop. PleSe not you will have to pay for a support plan but worth it for the support in the back end. If you’re looking for an app that works and a team that actually supports you through a somewhat technical setup. I highly recommend CED Commerce.

The customer service has been great. It has been 3 hours with me to solve a problem that had been with me for months and we have been able to solve it. it has been a great help.

Easy to work with - App is easy to navigate. Onboarding is super helpful, and agents are always helpful. We also use the CedCommerce Etsy app and have for several years Happy to see Tiktok as well.

Rarely works and never syncs properly. Feel like im always waiting on Customer Service. Expensive for what you get. If your trying to sync over products "quick" to link to video or a live just know its not "quick" at all.

We are in the early days of using Tiktok Shop and integrating it with Shopify using CedCommerce. The app seems to work well, and the customer service has been great solving any issues quickly.
