This app does not migrate well. Tech support could be better. They never fix your issues the first time.

We’ve been using CedCommerce for our Shein integration and just started with TikTok. The customer service is fantastic—always quick and friendly in helping us out. The integration has made managing everything so much easier. If you need reliable support for your e-commerce, we definitely recommend them!

Aditi is excellent would be lost with the integrations without her help she is so supportive and everyone at CED Commerce. The integrations are very difficult to understand especially when you are starting out. The team helps with Bulk Applications and linking products together so all orders are processed smoothly without issues. She has offered me one on one help with the plan I purchased and I've always been able to get a hold of her with any questions I was confused about. Technology can be very difficult and demanding sometimes and this APP really connects the dots well with super customer service. I wouldn't sell on Tik Tok without it!

I was using the TikTok shop native app, but was finding it glitched often and wasn't sufficient enough. It was difficult to speak with someone from their support team. We then began using CedCommerce as another option. I was struggling to understand how to upload products from TikTok Shop. I was able to receive a call with the team and was shown the process of completing this. I found this very informative and useful. The process of booking the call was very quick and simple.

Came from Sku IQ. Have been using for just a few hours and it's working just as it should so far. Easy to switch from Sku IQ, fast and helpful customer service to help me get set-up fast. Quick troubleshooting so far as well. Happy so far. Thanks Vikram!
