5 star app. Tried Silk connector and the free tiktok/shopify connector, both of which weren't up to the job. This app though works a dream. Its a little fiddly to start with but the amazing 24-hour customer service from Aditi via whatsapp was so helpful and simplified everything for me. Recommended.

Fantastic App and excellent customer service from Aditi Sinha! Absolutely incredible!!! The best service I have ever received. This is the go to app if you want to integrate TikTok shop with Shopify. She provided me step by step instructions, even met up on google meet for seamless process. I have had so many issues integrating TikTok shop in the past but now all resolved. Worked with CED on Etsy and now Tik Tok App, their customer service is First Class. Aditi & Vikram has helped me today but everyone i have spoken to has been very helpful and we have needed a lot of help!! 5/5

This tool / platform has been nothing but Amazing. I had encountered problems before using other 3rd party integration apps but all were solved after I switched to CEDCommerce Tiktok Shop. All of the CEDCommerce Support and Reps are helpful and supportive starting from the onboarding process up until to our daily operations. This is the best app compared to others.

Useless. Only sends information from tiktok to shopify not the other way around. So the data is always wrong!

Cedcommerce's TikTok Shop app has allowed our company to streamline product setup from Shopify to TikTok Shop. The dashboard is easy to use, and support responds within 12 hours, not weeks, like TikTok Shop support. It would be nice to have a button to resync inventory per product. Overall, the support has been great.
