let us be able to edit the greeting message

We’re happy to let you know that this option is already available in our app. You can update the welcome message by going to Chat Widget → Language, then clicking the Edit option. From there, you’ll be able to modify it. Once you’re done, simply click the Save button at the top to apply the changes. For the moment a good messenger app. AI functionality will come next month. I hope that the promises will be kept. Then it will definitely be a 5-star app. at least free of charge and a fast and helpful support-team.
