Not sure how they got a 4.9 star review, but this system is junk!! What they don't provide on the information, is that they only cover orders placed after you sign up and activate with them. So if you have a customer that placed an order prior, you then active their system, then you get a chargeback, they wont cover it. Even though you are all set up in their system. What a waste!! And do NOT expect any help, they don't help you. They only let their "fine tuned" ai speak for them. This is per Roudys words. And when he doesn't want to answer a direct question: "Once again, if a customer has placed an order prior to our activation, then comes and files a chargeback after activation, you won't cover it." It does not work!! I received ZERO assistance in setting up, even after I messaged for over a week asking for help. I got it all set up and active, and bing wake up to a chargeback. They will ask you for all the customers information. So be informed about that, this is even after they have the timeline and everything. Roudy is a grade A Smart+ss. He would rather talk trash than to answer a direct question why his system didn't work.
