Chargeback.io is great for Shopify and it helps me catch the chargebacks before the land and i can deal with them it saved me tons of money that i would've losed due to limited payouts. 10/10
Not sure how they got a 4.9 star review, but this system is junk!! What they don't provide on the information, is that they only cover orders placed after you sign up and activate with them. So if you have a customer that placed an order prior, you then active their system, then you get a chargeback, they wont cover it. Even though you are all set up in their system. What a waste!! And do NOT expect any help, they don't help you. They only let their "fine tuned" ai speak for them. This is per Roudys words. And when he doesn't want to answer a direct question: "Once again, if a customer has placed an order prior to our activation, then comes and files a chargeback after activation, you won't cover it." It does not work!! I received ZERO assistance in setting up, even after I messaged for over a week asking for help. I got it all set up and active, and bing wake up to a chargeback. They will ask you for all the customers information. So be informed about that, this is even after they have the timeline and everything. Roudy is a grade A Smart+ss. He would rather talk trash than to answer a direct question why his system didn't work. He was asked 3 times, and he wants to answer with: My stuff was active Christy • 5mSeen • 5m She just filed it and in less than 24 hours it went from a dispute to a chargeback? Hey Christy, really really sorry that this was your experience. We have reached out to try to make it right by you. Since this kind of experience is unacceptable. Also, to clarify, we do prevent chargebacks from orders that happened before you installed our app. This was an unclear point on our end that we just wanted to clarify. Hoping to work with you to make it right.
the support team is extremely helpful they answered every question i had, i was talking with Roudy and he walked me through everything and made the whole process 100 times easier. The app also looks incredible very easy to figure it out
