You can’t easily cancel them — they’ve made it extremely difficult to remove your card, and the top-up amount is fixed and quite high, so you can’t change it. I strongly recommend that the team fix this and allow customers to choose their top-up balance and easily cancel any card they want. Otherwise, it feels sketchy.

This company has no customer service, takes ages to get someone. Every time you need them, it's impossible. Now I have uninstalled and am moving to another company and need them to release the descriptor, but they are ignoring me and not replying back. I will have to contact all relevant parties and Shopify also, as this is bad to treat their clients this way.
