Works, but I had 2 chargebacks before it caught one, haven't had any since but hopefully it continues to block them.

I have set this up and was confused as to why it wasn't helping with my chargeback rate. Therefore i contacted support and they stated one card provider was not connected. They helped swiftly to correct this and its now working.
